Blueberry Cheesecake!

A summer twist on cheesecake!

100g crushed, whole-grain biscuits
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
3 tablespoons brown sugar
pinch of salt
7 tablespoons melted butter
a few drops of vanilla extract
40g gelatin
1/4 cup water
400g cream cheese cream Natural
250ml 30% cream
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cups blueberries, cleaned and osączonych
250ml 30% cream
3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 cup blueberries


first Stir together crushed cookies, oatmeal, sugar, salt, melted butter and a few drops of vanilla extract. Put mass with a diameter of 24cm cake tin (or 20cm as I, but with the high banks of 9cm). Then put in the oven preheated to 160 ° C on the function of hot air and bake for about 12-15minutes. Set aside to cool.

2nd Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water (for about 10 minutes), put on the fire and heat, stirring until dissolved.

Third Stir together cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice.

4th Mix berries and add to cheese mix. Still mixing, slowly pour the warm gelatin, when the ingredients have combined, set aside for a moment the mass of a cooler place to thickened (be careful! Will just take a very brief moment). Transfer the berry mass at the bottom and insert podpieczony overnight in the refrigerator.

5th Whip cream with vanilla sugar. Garnish the top of her cheesecake and sprinkle with blueberries.
